1. The app
Viola is a virtual makeup try-on app that renders lipstick shades on your face using augmented reality, entirely on your device. By using Viola you agree to these terms.
2. Colors are approximate
Shade colors shown in Viola are digital approximations intended to help you compare and explore. Actual product colors vary with lighting, skin tone, application, screen calibration, and product formulation. Viola is a preview tool, not a guarantee of how a product will look.
3. Brands and trademarks
Viola is not affiliated with or endorsed by any cosmetics brand. Product and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the actual products they refer to. Viola does not use brand logos, product photography, or any other brand assets.
4. Acceptable use
Viola is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its shade catalog, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
5. No warranty
Viola is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
